Project introduction:

Because the train is a mobile vehicle, the industrial embedded Panel PC in the vehicle not only have to withstand vibration, impact, temperature changes and other environmental tests, but also have to process a large number of signals and image data. Once adopted a poor or inadequate performance products, there will be some problems as delay display information, body overheating, failure to start the machine in cold whether, for no reason suddenly break news, etc.,

In addition, the working environment of the train is relatively complex, different whether condition, inside the tunnel, etc., which also leads to the unstable brightness of the light source shining on the locomotive control panel. Considering all these circumstances,we designed the TPC-2101 which can work stable in the train.

System overview:

-Low power processor Intel ® J1900,

-Load CAN Bus (With 2500-VRMS Isolation), the interface adopts a solid circular connector, so that the Panel PC withstand the vibration, impact, dust and other harsh environments of the train during operation;

-Ultra bright TFT industrial display screens and wide viewing Angle of 85° (left), 85° (right), 85° (up) and 85° (Down). Optional AUO ISO function which enables the train to adjust the screen brightness automatically and quickly when entering the environment with different light intensity, making the control more efficient and comfortable;

-Resistive touch screen and impact resistant design ensure the stable control in different environments such as high and low temperature;

-Anti (ESD protection: air gap ±15kV, contact ±8kV) design;

-With aluminum alloy case and stable installation methods

-The wire end connector connected with Panel PC adopts 90° Angle connector for easy installation

-Optional MIL standard connectors

-Compact fanless design and support wide-temperature
